In January 2019, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) officially approved state regulations for cannabis businesses across the supply chain.
Discovered in 1940, Cannabidiol (CBD) is an extract of the Cannabis Sativa L. plant. Currently cannabidiol is being studied as a treatment for a variety of ailments – including but not limited to – anxiety, cognition, and pain.
CBD can be taken into the body in a number of different ways and does not contain the psychpactivity of THC.
